Improved degrees exercise:
- Replay incorrect questions at the end of a round.
- Option to turn off the root note playback and hear it only when pressing ctrl. This allows you to use the exercise with a laptop and an internal mic.
- Fixed notes higher than E6 being generated.
- Fixed some random crashes.
